The weight of Reality
Soon comes that day when I'm on my own
Away from the shield, the warmth of home
Faces now ingrained in my mind won't stay
Each face, each voice will pass away
Every memory and moment held so high
Minutes I am given will no longer be mine
Time and freedom now constrained with weight
A future so foriegn- I don't want to relate
Away from the shield, the warmth of home
Faces now ingrained in my mind won't stay
Each face, each voice will pass away
Every memory and moment held so high
Minutes I am given will no longer be mine
Time and freedom now constrained with weight
A future so foriegn- I don't want to relate
